Prof. Melha Rout Biel

is the Vice Chancellor(Principal) of Bentiu University of Petroleum and Professor of Political Science and International Relations, University of Juba. He was the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of Dr. John Garang Memorial University of Science and Technology in Bor, South Sudan from March 2011 to January 2019.

Mr. Mading Liah Wichar

is a Research Assist at the ISP. He hold Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Demography (General) from the University of Juba, School of Social and Economic Studies and a Master of Science in Economics (MSC.in Economic) University of Juba. Mading worked for JICA as Remunerator in the Social Survey for Water Co-operation Project 2022.

Mrs. Veronica E. Gabriel

is an administrative officer at ISPS. Before joining Institute, she worked in different positions at both public and private sector. Her last engagement was with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan. Mrs. Gabriel holds BA in Public Administration from Al-Neelain University in Sudan.

Charles Akwillno Obalu

is a Rsearch Assistant with ISPS, South Sudan. He holds Bachelor and Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Juba. He also served for South Sudan Civil Service Commission as Assistant Inspector Mr. Obalu underwent a Charles Akwillno Obalu underwent a number of training organized by the Ministry of Public Service and Human Resources Development of the Republic of South Sudan.

is a security administrative Officer at the ISPS, South Sudan. Gai is a Law Student at the University of Juba. He previous worked as an administrative Officer for several organizations with South Sudan.

Mr. Martin Johnson Simon is an administrative Officer at Lion Security Limited, a security protection Firm licensed by the Ministry of Interior of the Government of South Sudan and operating within the Capital Juba. He has been seconded to ISPS Head Office as a Security Officer.
