Prof. Melha Rout Biel

is the Vice Chancellor(Principal) of Bentiu University of Petroleum and Professor of Political Science and International Relations, University of Juba. He was the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of Dr. John Garang Memorial University of Science and Technology in Bor, South Sudan from March 2011 to January 2019.

Prof. Dr. Ronal Lutz

is Sociologist and Anthropologist. He is a Professor at University of Applied Sciences of Würzburg-Schweinfurt, Germany; Lecturer at University of Applied Sciences of Erfurt, Germany; and Research Associate at the School of Social Work, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Hon. Sophia Pal Gai

is an Associate Member of Board of Directors of ISPS .She was the Minister of Water and Irrigation of the Republic of South Sudan and Currently an MP at the Transitional Legislative Assembly in Juba. Previously she held various positions both private and public institutions, including NGOs.

Mr. Maring Bosco

is a member of Board of Directors of ISPS. He is Procurement specialist, a graduate from Uganda College of Commerce in Pakwach. Mr. Bosco is a businessman who is running a number of activities in South Sudan and Uganda

Mrs. Jogo Joice Duku

is a board member, south Sudan academia and business woman. She is a professional Journalist, trained in Kenya, Uganda and South Africa. She is currently a General Manager for Safari Air Ltd, an aviation Company, which operates within Juba International Airport and offers domestics flights and Cargo to all States in South Sudan.

Wani William Anyukwa

is a member of Board of Directors of ISPS. He is a Medical Doctor, holding Diploma in General Medical from the National Health Sciences Training Institute in Juba, South Sudan. He is also a member of South Sudan Medical Council He also hold Bachelor of Medician from the University of Juba.

Mr. Nyakong Chak Yaoch

is member of Board of Directors of ISPS and a businesswoman. Yaoch bring with huge experience in humanitarian operation within South Sudanese States.
